As many of our products are made to order, expected delivery, at times, may be difficult to predict. Should you require your selection by a specific date, however, please convey your needs and we well do our very best to accommodate you.
OTHER DELIVERY SPECIFICS
- We are pleased to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
- Your delivery will be insured for the total value.
- Selections with a value over $500.00 US Dollars will require signature of addressee for delivery.
- Address of recipient must be verified.
- Our delivery fees are based on actual delivery costs.
- We always attempt to use the safest and most cost effective method of delivery taking into consideration the type of item ordered and the delivery location / address.
- Typically our goods are dispatched via FedEx Ground, Federal Express or The United States Postal Service, within the continental United States.
- Deliveries outside the United States are generally dispatched via the United States Postal Service, unless you prefer otherwise.
WHAT ABOUT FREE DELIVERY?
In some instances, our goods may be sent to your directly from the manufacturer without a delivery charge. Our Schlesinger/Korchmar and Trafalgar goods, for example, if they do not require personalization and/or gift wrap. Shipping charges will be removed from your total bill when applicable before your card is charged.
- Sometimes, even with our assistance, we miss the mark, and selections are not the perfect match with the needs of the recipient. Should this occur, please contact us immediately for return approval.
- Returns must be received in new, unused, and in saleable condition by Sterling & Burke Ltd no later than 30 days after original receipt.
- Returns may be made in-store, however, will not be processed immediately at that location. Customer service will follow-up regarding a refund.
- Bespoke Goods, Special Orders & Personalized Goods are not available for return, exchange or credit. Deposits provided for Special Orders are nonrefundable. Delays in production are not considered reason for returning deposits or cancelling Special Orders.
- Transportation Fees are not refundable unless we have shipped defective or incorrect goods.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
- In-store credit will be issued for returns made within 14 days of original purchase provided they are accompanied with receipt or valid customer information. Goods must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
- Artwork, Vintage Artifacts, Bespoke Goods, Special Orders & Personalized Goods are not available for return, exchange or credit.
- Deposits provided for Special Orders are nonrefundable. Delays in production are not considered reason for refunding deposits or cancelling Special Orders.
